Cancellation Policy
This Cancellation Policy applies to customers located in the United States, the European Union, Australia, and Canada etc, and is subject to applicable mandatory consumer protection laws in those jurisdictions.
1. Product Types
Our store offers both:
- In-stock (Ready-to-Ship) products, and
- Made-to-Order products, which are produced specifically upon customer order.
The applicable cancellation terms depend on the product type purchased, as outlined below.
2. In-Stock Products (Ready-to-Ship)
Orders for in-stock products may be eligible for cancellation only if the cancellation request is submitted before the order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must instead be handled in accordance with our Return Policy.
3. Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-Order products are produced specifically for each customer.
Once an order containing a Made-to-Order item has been placed, payment authorized, and the order confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled, except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this policy.
4. Item Unavailability
In the event that an item becomes unavailable after order confirmation due to inventory discrepancies, production constraints, or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the affected item(s).
In such cases, customers will be offered one of the following options:
- A refund to the original payment method, or
- A refund in the form of Store Credits / Loyalty Points, redeemable for future purchases.
Acceptance of either option constitutes full and final settlement of the affected portion of the order.
5. Incorrect or Defective Items
If a customer receives an item that is incorrect, defective, or materially non-conforming, the customer may be eligible for a replacement, refund, or cancellation, subject to verification.
All such claims must be submitted in accordance with our Return Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and governs eligibility requirements, timelines, and supporting documentation.
6. Cancellation Initiated by Us
We reserve the right to cancel an order, at our sole discretion, due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
6.1 Invalid, incomplete, or undeliverable shipping address provided by the customer
6.2 Failed payment authorization or unverifiable cardholder identity
6.3 Missed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
6.4 Orders returned to sender or back to sender for reasons not attributable to our error (original shipping fees are non-refundable)
7. Shipping Fees
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, particularly in cases involving missed delivery, returned shipments, or customer-provided address errors.
8. Statutory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit any non-waivable statutory consumer rights available under the laws of the United States, the European Union, Australia, or Canada etc.
